You may have gone too far if you have two 3750E's on your home network. In reality It is cheaper to source one of these and make a console cable then it is to buy a new SOHO switch. That said when the guy from ADT came to change out my cell back up radio, He had a lot of questions.
The inspector said make sure its grounded. I even custom built the stand off brackets and cable hangers.
Maybe not as proud but very satisfied. after 4 years the clocks haven't skipped a beat.
Satisfaction is seeing it work.
Pride is making it look good.
Not a lot of room to work with, but managed to stuff 4 workstations, a VHF digital communications server, a time server, and enough battery backup to run the whole thing for a week.
The Lab. I was laid off when covid first hit. It started with a 12'x20' hole to pour a foundation. That is where I planned on putting a small shed behind my garage. The foundation is "8 thick 5000psi concrete 2 layers of steel reinforcement with footings and stem wall. It just got more out of hand from there. 2x6 studs 2x12 LVL rafters and a fiber run to the house. By the time I went back to work I had hauled 36 cubic yards of dirt by hand and built a two-story lab and put up a 40-foot tower.
Thank you to Paul L Herrman for the solar chart.
